I really love this well-reasoned procedural walk-through of the issues at stake. You make it so clear why imposing such a mandate would be the wrong move on so many levels - and how on the other side of the equation, there is no benefit and no rational basis for doing so.
The only possible rationale for a vaccine mandate of any kind would be if the vaccine prevents infection and transmission of a disease. Since these vaccines don't have that effect, there is not even a rational basis for the proposed mandate.
